Join the movement for positive change with Connect Children and Families! As a values-driven not-for-profit, we nurture and educate children and families. With a focus on connection, kindness, and social justice, we walk with families to celebrate each child's potential. Our service exists to create positive change for children, families, and the community.

Serving communities in the Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Hawkesbury and Western Sydney, we are committed to making progress with a child’s developmental journey, transition to school, home routines, and community participation.

As an NDIS provider, we offer allied health support, family programs, and early childhood education. The role of a Speech Pathologist is key to unlocking innovative pathways to other community agencies and supporting families to access services tailored to their needs.

Your next opportunity:

As you develop tailored support treatment plans, you will enhance children’s quality of life, social interactions, academic performance, and overall well-being. Working collaboratively with families, you will help children reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Take control of your work-life balance by managing a roster of valued clients, allowing you to craft your schedule and work when it suits you. You can work from home when you are not out and about in the community or at one of our offices in Glenbrook and Hazelbrook, New South Wales.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct 1-hour goal-focused client visits and communicate with clients aged 0 to 16 years old, as well as their parents
  • Attend fortnightly staff meetings and perform administrative duties, including emails and phone calls
  • Participate in planning and evaluation workshops and carry out NDIS work and integrated work within the organisation's programs.

What we want to offer you:

As a valued and dedicated Speech Pathologist, we are committed to providing you with the resources and support you need to excel in your role and positively impact our children.

You will enjoy an attractive salary package circa $99,450 (commensurate with experience), including super, with some of our other great benefits, including:

  • Relocation assistance to help you call the Penrith Lower Mountain area your home
  • Flexibility to choose your own schedule
